Taco Bake

This recipe almost sounds to simple to be good, but it's delicious!

Begin with the usual suspects-a few cloves of garlic chopped in a little olive oil seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, mexican seasoning, ground cumin, ground coriander, let the onions soften a little, then add 2 lbs burger...

While the meat is cooking, spray a 11x14 baking dish with Pam and unroll 2 packages of butter flavored crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan...

add the cooked meat mixture...

and cover with shredded Mexican cheese...

bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until the rolls are brown and the cheese is melted...

Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa and anything else your little heart desires!

This dish is definitely greater than the sum of its parts, the crescent rolls add a little sweetness to the spicy meat and salsa...

mmm! try it, you'll like it!
